Who can participate?
The YPC National Summer Intensive: Conductor Studio is for music educators and choral conductors of all levels.
What is the time commitment?
The workshop runs from approximately 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. from July 22-25, 2026, with full-day sessions and optional evening activities.
Where will the YPC National Summer Intensive take place?
The majority of the intensive will take place at YPC’s Home – 37 W 65th St, 2nd Floor. Our final concert and dress rehearsal will take place at Brick Church on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
Is there housing available?
Participants are responsible for securing their own housing. YPC National has a block of rooms reserved at the Empire Hotel (44 West 63rd Street) – a 4 minute walk from YPC’s Home.

Are meals provided?
