An inmersive week of conducting, singing, score study, and conversation, in residence at the Music Academy of the West – among the nation’s preeminent institutions for gifted young musicians.

• Work with the award-winning Young People’s Chorus of New York City
• Train with renowned conductor Francisco J. Núñez, Founder and Artistic Director of the Young People Chorus of New York City, and the YPC team of master teachers
• Learn new repertoire appropriate for choirs of all ages, voicings, and levels of experience
• Refine conducting gestures, score analysis, and vocal techniques
• Explore innovative ideas for recruitment and retention
• Participate in discussions surrounding the 21st century youth choir
